"Don't Use this business; Carpet cleaner recommended Robert Mann Rugs; Every time I look at my runied rugs I cringe; I was told they came in that way, and disrespected by the ownwer, trying to talk over me and "deny, deny" The dye bled on both rugs and owner tried to tell me they came in that way and that was shading that had been there. I've looked at these rugs daily for over 10 years, and I know what they looked like. If you have good rugs from pakistan and Italy, don't use this business you will be sorry as a lot of the dye was removed or bled during whatever process they used. The pick up and delivery guys were great but that's it;"
