"Last day of skiing on a warm spring day the lift tower decided to dump a huge glob of grease on my ski jacket. The stain was the size of my hand, and I tried every recommenced approach to removing the grease without any success. I actually started looking to buy a new jacket, but I love the jacket that was stained, so dropped it off at Mayfair Cleaners on the chance they might be able to remove at least some of the grease. To my surprise when I picked up the jacket it looked brand new! No grease stains at all. Tip of the hat to Mayfair for a job well done, I was not expecting such a great outcome. I've been coming here infrequently over the last 12 years as I don't do much dry cleaning, but when I need it this is the spot. They are much more reasonably priced than the chain dry cleaning stores in the area, service is great and employees are super friendly. Highly recommended!"

"I do not believe they actually clean your clothes. They can’t remove stains or odors. They just press your clothes and charge an exorbitant amount for poor work. They are more expensive than any cleaner in the neighborhood and want to penny pinch if you bring in clothes that have lent lol"

"I had taken 3 pairs of somewhat expensive (50+ per pair) pants to have the length modified. Price was good; quality was not. On all 3 pairs; one hem was visibly shorter than the other, essentially ruining the pants. Very disappointing."

"Mayfair cleaners on East Colfax ruined my dress. This jacket to my dress was black and white. I do not plan to go back ever.."

"I have used Mayfair Cleaners for 6++ years. For the most part I have been happy, they did a good job and delivered a good product. There were a few hiccups - pants coming back pressed with a crease, yellow collar around white shirt, however nothing ever overly frustrating. I went to pick up the last batch of clothes - they ruined a pair of my pants. They gave me my clothes and went to charge me, I noticed the pants were not pressed, looked closer and saw blue stains all over. I pointed this out, was told there was a problem. I stated I had these cleaned there before and had never had a problem. To replace my work clothes (gay guy, I spend a lot on clothing) I asked for a $50 credit, knowing to replace a pair of slacks I was looking at $150+, the owner offered $15 and ended up crediting me $30. I hope it was worth loosing me as a customer. I had noticed a pretty big price increase this year as well. 16 pieces, both cleaning and mostly laundered shirts, were costing $75. At any rate, I will not be back."
