"Mo and his partner came in and worked on my 23 yr old carpets which truly need to be replaced. I’ve had several rescue animals as I rescue dogs and have had some pet stains. They did wonders with those and my carpets smell nice and new. We used them last year too. They take their time to treat the problem and do the process. "Mo is a miracle worker. Long story, short: after weeks of showings, thanks in large part to his services, we were able to get under contract within 48 hours. He was clear about explaining our options, their trade-offs, and the technical aspects of the work and incredibly communicative. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. We have three cats, whom we love, but anyone who has tried to sell a house with indoor cats knows that they aren't the most gentle creatures on a home. We had our house on the market for several weeks with lots of positive feedback but the cat smell was a deal-breaker for many potential buyers. Another company had cleaned the carpets before putting the house on the market, but their treatment wasn't enough. We ended up taking the house off the market for a week while we got the cats out of the house and, on the recommendation of our realtor, called Mo. Mo fit us into his schedule right away and did an incredible job both on the cat issues and residual stains the initial cleaning had not been able t clean. He was clear with us that the treatment he was using had significant risks (maybe a little overly clear at times, but I will take working with an honest and transparent craftsman any day :-)). Given our needs, we decided to trust his judgement as to the best course of action given the constraints we were under. We reopened the home for showings a few days after his treatment, got a competitive offer the first day after reopening and were under contract less than 24 hours later.
