"We had such a great experience with CCS. When our laundry room flooded the basement, they came out with very little notice and stayed until 9pm on a Friday night. It was amazing. "A mishap at a nearby construction site caused water backup in 4 homes on my street. CCS had a crew here within 2 hours of calling them, and their crew worked until midnight to get all the initial cleanup done (including removing carpet, moving furniture and appliances). Randy came out to estimate costs of the mitigation work, a separate job from the asbestos removal that will be done by a different firm. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained clearly what CCS would (and wouldn't) do to finish making our home whole again. After the initial cleanup, ALM Abatements came to mitigate asbestos contamination, and their work was approved by White Cap Services. Then Gustavo and his crew worked for about 3 weeks replacing the floors, repairing the drywall damage, installing baseboards and painting. John Castillo was responsible for final satisfaction review, confirming that the work met with our expectations and made our home whole again. Final approval was acknowledged June 1, 2023"
