I also recently used them for alterations to a floor length chiffon skirt that I was to wear as a bridesmaid in a wedding. Alterations came out exactly how I wanted. Turnaround time was quick and price for alterations + cleaning was better than any other business I was pricing in the area."

"I wouldn’t bring your clothes here for dry cleaning if you have any interest in getting them back. I brought in my Grandmother’s vintage suede coat from the 60s to be cleaned. I waited over three weeks only for them to tell me it was given to someone else. They made no effort to retrieve the coat from the other customer and return it to me. They said on multiple occasions they would follow-up with me and never did. I called multiple times trying to get an update and was told the same excuse with no resolution for months. Then they said they would send me a check for the cost of the coat and never did. I was never refunded for the $150 cleaning fee I paid nor was I paid for the cost of my coat. My family was devastated by the loss of the coat as it was priceless since it was the first gift my grandfather ever gave my grandmother. Shady business practices and overall terrible experience."
