"Shirts looked great. They don’t provide plastic bags or give you any other alternative other than taking shirts exposed to take home. But I suppose that is good for the environment. Service is on time. I appreciated the text letting me know shorts are done. I could do without that nasty person who works there. He or she wore their headphones the whole time and never bothered to look up when dropping off order or picking it up. They (1 individual) should be canned."
"Nearby where I live which is great. Always comes back when they say the garments will. They end up clean. However - more expensive than others just outside my neighborhood, bummed that they have mixed results when getting out even fresh, and what appear to be minor stains. Also, I was either told or their website says they do complimentary button repair if you bring in clothes for cleaning, but apparently that’s only for dress shirts. Button repair for anything else is an extra fee. I even have a tag on my garment that says ‘complimentary’ but I was charged for the button fix and they wouldn’t take the charge off. Overall, great if very convenient to where you live but definitely do not drive out of your way for this cleaners."
"I called they explained for a large comforter it could take five business days to clean. I got my comforter in right away and they actually cleaned it sooner and it smells great it’s clean. I am thrilled."
"I have had a really poor experience with this company. I dropped off two jackets and it cost me $90 for both (one was $75 since it was leather but no one told me it would be so expensive beforehand). It took a week and a half to get back the jackets and then when I picked up the leather jacket it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. They took it back and I still haven’t received it two weeks later after calling twice and being told it should be ready soon. After picking up the jacket (ready 3 1/2 weeks after drop off) they told me that there would be permanent fading on the front from the cleaning they tried to do. The jacket is in worse condition than i left it to them and I didn’t receive anything to remedy the situation. I would not recommend using martinizing."
