"Awesome place to work if you put the time in. You will get plenty of hours as there is always a ton of work to be done. You can move up in the company relatively easily if you put the effort in. Pay is great with lots of opportunity to move up. The one "negative" thing I would say about working here, is the work is physically difficult. So, to those who aren't looking to do physical labor for long amounts of time, outside, maybe this isn't for you. But, if you enjoy working outside it's actually a ton of fun and I've never enjoyed the "work" of a job so much."
"Its a physical job and you're going to work hard but you'll be in good working shape after about two weeks. Somedays you may work 12 hours and some days if you hustle and work hard you might finish in 6. Your work week usually does equal out to about 40 hours and the pay is competitive. It's the best hourly rate I had received from an employer in 8 years. This is a second chance company and the owners are great people that will work with you and treat and coach you respectfully on a human level and not as some employee number."
"I have worked for this company almost a year and I have enjoyed coming to work since the very 1st day I started here. It is a peaceful atmosphere in the office. All of the employees and my co workers have been very friendly and professional. I love the flexibility and how understanding the owner can be when it comes to family emergencies or personal issues. I've never had to worry about losing my job when taking a day off or calling in. We recently had a employee appreciation lunch that was awesome and this is honestly the first employee appreciation that I have ever had at a place that I've worked for. This is a great company to work for whether you are looking for something full-time part-time or temporary.
