"Update: Doc's of Denver reached out and sent their GM to retreat the couches. He acknowledged that I was not crazy and he was able to get a decent amount off the second time around. The couches look SO much better after the additional treatment. Definitely a tough start, but I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction so I will be open to giving them another try for additional services in the future! All around very nice people. Original: I never write reviews, and I want to start off by saying the booking process was easy, and the man who came to clean was prompt, professional, and polite. That being said, I'm extremely disappointed with the results. My couches should not have been that hard to clean (they're performance fabric, less than 2yrs old, and I've spot cleaned them in the past), but I swear they look no better than they did before the cleaning. There were even some areas that looked WORSE than before! I noticed them when the cleaning was finished, but figured I'd let them dry first to make sure I wasn't just seeing things. I then went over the bad areas with my green machine and the water was so gross I couldn't believe I had just paid $450 (including tip) to still have that much gunk come off my couch. I was so excited to get these couches cleaned, and now I'm just really wishing I hadn't done it at all because it was definitely not worth the money. I was hoping to use Doc's of Denver for other services as well, but honestly I no longer trust the quality of their work."

"Dan and Paul did an amazing job on my repair (carpet stretching) and carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Doc's for their timeliness, professionalism, and skills in carpet repair and cleaning. They were so nice, worked quickly, made sure i understood what they were doing and priced fairly. Well done, Dan, Paul and Doc's!"

"Why didn’t I do this sooner? Doc’s staff was so friendly and kind and my carpets look (and smell) amazing now- 6 rooms and stairs done in less than 2 hours. I have a landlady who refuses to change our old carpet after many years, so I wanted at least a refresh of what we have. It was under my anticipated budget and they did a great job. Will likely have them back to do our kitchen floor tiles next!"

"Doc's of Denver was the perfect choice for cleaning my aging rug. Steve and his team were upfront about the cost of the cleaning and called to advise me on the state of my rug (due to age and manufacture) while providing options for further care and/or services. The team was great about educating me on the cost/benefits of those services but I felt no pressure to take on additional expenses. I was additionally impressed by their knowledge of the new practices in their industry! I will definitely use Doc's for any carpet of rug care. A+"
