"DO NOT BRING YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE! Especially if you have any intricate lace detailing. I got my dress back yesterday and it honestly looks like they took a pair of scissors to it??? My dress had lace fringe on the end of the sleeves, and it looks like they tried to cut the fringe off. Parts of the fringe clearly look like it has been cut and not very well as it is all at different lengths. I’m not sure what happened as I was given no explanation or even notified that there was even a problem. My dress is also not as white as it was when I dropped it off. It now has a yellow tint to it. The lace also is curling? The only reason why the dress needed cleaning was for some dirt at the very bottom hem. They got the dirt out at the bottom, but shouldn’t have touched the rest of the dress because they ruined it. It is evident that they do not know how to handle lace fabrics. I wish they would’ve just turned me away and told me they didn’t know how to clean my dress. Instead they took my money and ruined my wedding dress."
