"This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They leave trash and energy drink cans around your house. They destroyed my couches and a toilet and are only accepting responsibility for the toilet. They do not return phone calls when they assure you they will. They also do not respond via email when they say they will. They make appointment and don’t show up or even call to let you know they are not coming. Then they will just show up at random and expect you to be able to meet them. They left fans and heaters on in my house for over a week. According to every other company I have spoken to those should have only been used for one to two days maximum. They are so unprofessional and disorganized that they still have a lock box on my gate and they finished the job in August. The only thing they seem to be good at is denying any fault or liability for the the stuff they destroyed in my home. Explains their 1 star rating on yelp."

"We hired them to clean our carpets. The experience started off well; Ryan came and did a good job and was pleasant. Unfortunately as you can see from the pictures, a day after the work was done, it become obvious the chemicals that were used to clean the carpet damaged our grass where the hose and exhaust from the machine were set. I got a quote to repair the damage and contacted the company about having that amount deducted from the invoice we owed. They responded and told us the president of the company was out of town and he'd have to review the situation. After waiting for a couple weeks, we never heard back from them again despite repeated attempts on our end, other than them sending us an invoice confirming they would do nothing for the repairs or hassle of this whole experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this company."

"Property Doctors are great! I arrived to a flood in my cabin in the mountains. Within a couple of hours of being contacted by my insurance company they arrived with an immediate plan. They were assuring, competent, professional, and personable. They communicated daily with me, and handled everything with the insurance company. They are also handling people to do repairs caused by the water. Sam even bought our dogs toys for Christmas! Now that is going above and beyond."
