"We joined the waitlist almost 2 years ago. I did a lot of research before I joined the waitlist. But after I sent my daughter for 5 days. I can't imagine I made a big mistake. I visited the school in December. After I sent my daughter in January, the teacher changed already. They have really high turnover rate. In two days of these five school days, the teacher didn't wipe the poop cleanly. She just put the cream on the poop in front of my husband. Finally, my husband cleaned by himself. Another safety question is many times my husband saw one teacher take care of 5 young toddlers in my daughter's classroom, except my daughter. When we asked the director this question the colorado law requirement is 5 students with one teacher, the director said if my daughter comes, another teacher from another classroom will come help. I suspect there is only one regular teacher in my daughter's classroom. If only one lead teacher responsibility to 6 students. This breaks the law of Colorado. And my daughter's first day, I got a report from the teacher that my daughter's finger caught in the door. As a mom, it is not safe daycare. After my husband talked with the director. She thinks it is normal for both poop and the teacher shortage. She told us the lead teacher only has 1.5 years experience. We are really frustrated with the director's attitude towards this matter.The school was completely different when we joined the waiting list two year ago. I know that's why there is no waiting list anymore. After we talked with the director, she said we need to pay the February and March tuition if we want to withdraw. The investigator called my husband and offered one month free and if we won't accept it, I can get our deposit $1500 back. After we decided we want to withdraw, they said you can’t get money back and you need to pay the Feb and March tuition. I have already filed a claim in Colorado department of early childhood."
