"Update: I went back the next day and talk to the laundry attendant because we lost a sock. I asked if there was a Lost and Found and she asked for what type of item. When I told her it was for one sock she said “oh they usually just throw those away if they find them.” I think this policy is a bit aggressive and really unfortunate. …………………………………………. 11/14/23 The customer service here was so friendly. Pros: lots of machines, fair prices, lots of baskets, and tables for folding. Bathrooms, change machines, ATM, vending, and a few arcade games. Con: the layout is odd and not optimized. There’s a ton of space but the machines are spread out and not grouped together by size/type. Side note: some of the newer dryers are reversible, meaning they stop completely and alternate direction during the cycle. But these are a terrible design and leave the clothes wrinkled. I’d stick with the older models next time!"
