"My dog peed in my passenger seat just before the weekend started. These guys got my car in first thing on Monday morning and I am SO GLAD to finally get not just that awful smell out of my car but also 3yrs worth of dirt and child messes all cleaned out. It looks great and smell fantastic. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into their work and it really shows ^_^ I don't have any before pictures unfortunately but trust me, it was a mess between children and dogs and drinks getting spilled in the cup holders."

"Terrible experience. I had the deluxe detail done. They scratched my dashboard lens cover and some of the touch display. Luke refused to take any responsibility, and suggested my dog scratched it (dog owners out there, laugh about that for a sec). If that wasn't disappointing enough, he told me "my type" was only trying to get something for free, and he had dealt with this many times before. I had not asked for a refund or any money, I guess I assumed he would work with me to replace it. He didn't care if I never came back. Over a piece of plastic. Save yourself from the insult and try elsewhere."
