"Dropped off a little red petticoat jacket, I had just purchased it at the second hand...it had animal hair on it and was missing buttons and had loose buttons. I requested it to be dry cleaned an fix buttons. She explained that she does not do alterations and will send it out, I agreed...3 wks later I pick it up and it has the animal hair on it and doesn't smell clean at all. Buttons still missing, she said the lady did not have any to replace them with. Smh, I was still charged for it. I mentioned the hair and she ignored me. I really didn't persue it much as she was not wearing a mask (rude, there's a pandemic) and a police officer showed up (I'm not trying to catch a charge). WILL NEVER GO BACK!"
"I took and white mens suit coat and pants in and the stains on the back that I wanted out are still there. She charged me full price and never even commented that they were unable to get them out. If she would have told me no biggy deal give me a discount and we go on. Don't not tell people, very unbusiness like. Won't go back!"
"Agree with the above. I have NEVER taken my clothes to a dry a cleaner where they are so dumb they have to laminate the persons name on the tag. I was going to say something but after reading the above they obviously think that is okay. I will make the drive to Durango .....not happy!"
