"I've been using this daycare since August 2023 and my kids seem to like it and they like the teachers too. I've had some issues with other kids biting my son few times but I have gotten notices about them. Just like any daycare kids get sick alot. They have been open to helping with my child's milk intolerance issues and me bringing their food each day with a Dr note. My kids have both moved up classes after their bdays and both seem to like their new classrooms and teachers. The teachers seem to care about kids in their care so I'm comfortable leaving my kids in this daycare long term. Parking is an issue and I do worry my car will get hit but there's nothing to do about it becuase concentra pays for those parking spots for their UC. The hours are good and I don't have any issues other than stated above. My kid also see a speech therapist x2 monthly and they allow him to meet with her at school. I've also seen other therapists coming in too. That's a great help to us parents. Thanks guys!"

"Worst daycare in Thornton!!! It's like a kid farm. They try to pack as many kids as they possibly can and to each classroom with as little teachers as possible to supervise. They have a total of 150 kids when they're full. They do not give one-on-one attention, and they're incapable of controlling a 2-year-olds temper tantrums. Instead of redirecting or trying to manage bad behaviors, they would rather write up a 2-year-old and then suspend them from school indefinitely for no reason. When I complained that they were incapable of taking care of a 2-year-old, they kicked both of my children out with no warning or no time for me to find other childcare. I had no childcare for 3 weeks and lost my job over Christmas because of this daycare. Do not waste your time there. Terrible teachers, terrible management, terrible teaching style. All they want to do is get as many kids in there as the humanely can to make as much money as they can while providing as little care as they possibly can. Don't waste your time at this childcare. Find one where they actually know how to discipline and control children in an effective and kind manner, and they're not trying to pack as many kids into a small space as they humanly can"

"My son has been a student here since 2021! He came in so clingy and he was breastfed, the staff was very understanding and patience with him! They always find ways to accommodate the child to make them comfortable! They listed to any concerns or worries and it put me at ease to know he is in good hands!"

"Recently left this daycare due to staffing issues. They hire really odd people. Moved my son classrooms one day and told me the night before not enough noticed. Always misplacing and loosing belongings. I was getting a bad feeling and started popping in randomly and early to observe, my son was sitting in BM for hours no one changed him, let him nap like that. When I asked to change classrooms due to neglect they told me no so we withdrew. there was too many issues leading up to this such as One teacher was texting on her phone and left the door open with a child unsupervised. They would make up mysterious illness, for the kids to send them home. I started tracking every every time they would call and they always called at 12:30 the five hour mark so they could still get payment for the full eight hours from Ccap. They’re definitely doing something shady and cooking the book over there . I noticed them trying to edit and change times that my son was there later I was getting text messages that they were changing my son’s diaper or feeding him when he was at home with me….. And now they’ve hired a bunch of really strange people so we left. Best to steer clear the management is the problem. Sierra favors her kids and allows them to sit in the office with her when she should be managing her staff better so they are not committing licensing violations."
