"Their "good faith estimate" was half of my total bill. Needless to say, I'm not thrilled about a getting $200+ bill after I paid $200+ at the time of service. Not sure how they can "forget" to add a service to their "good faith estimate". Also, the US tech was on a personal phone call at the time of my appointment. She was standing outside her room talking on her phone. I didn't think anything of it until she was the one that called me back (late) for my appointment. I arrived early so I'm not sure why she thought her call was more important than my time and getting patients in to their scheduled appointment on time."
"Not sure why so many peeps are freaked out by MRIs. My experience was delightful! Front desk staff was knowledgeable and efficient.They helped me through insurance ropes and choices at the beginning of this year's plan when it all starts over again. The MRI machine was WIDE. That's nice because so am I! I had heard that you feel like a sardine. I really did not at all. The head and foot areas were totally open. Kaitlyn, my tech was super informative and pleasant. Not HER first rodeo! She could not have been more comforting. I just kind of zoned out and let the banging bang. Interesting and actually very pleasant experience!"
