"mom is 87- in home. precision comes at 6am in morning to wake up a sleeping 87 yr old for monthly routine blood draw.... I asked to have it done later and they could not accommodate us. weird because they say the office opens at 7A. Very unconsiderate and unprofessional. Guess the customer isn't important to them...."

"If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. The location on Mississippi is the one I went to, their website says they open at 6am so I called that time to prepare for a walk in covid test to be able to take an international flight the next day. No one answered the phone after I called multiple times over the course of 2 hours and left a message twice. There was an option to text a number after I no one was answering my calls so I texted it explaining that I need to come in for a walk in, no answer. When I called for the last time at 8am finally I got an answer and it was an employee reprimanding me for calling “so late” because they are about to close, even though I have been calling and texting and leaving voicemails for the past 2 hours. I told her that I called multiple times and she told me I am lying and I did not call. When I finally drove to the location I showed the employees my phone call history to show that I called and they did not say a word, they looked at each other as if they were trying not to laugh. I have medicaid but they told me I have to pay cash because using medicaid is too complicated. My flight is so soon I didn’t have time to go back and fourth so I paid the $85 cash. THEN AFTER ALL THAT, the employee accidentally kept my ID. So I went back hours later to pick up my results as well as my ID. I have never encountered staff so unprofessional and disrespectful. Horrible experience"

"I don’t even know how to express my appreciation for this testing site. They were very easy to communicate with, and everyone was happy to answer my questions. A friend suggested this company after I had to cancel a flight due to not receiving results in time. They were the only place I called that was willing to commit to having my results in less than 72 hours. I went in around noon, and my results were ready at 6pm the next day. I am very grateful for PCL!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Me and my sisters visited Chicago and Cincinnati clinic, and they went above and beyond to help us. We drove from Indianapolis, Chicago clinic waited on us even past hours. Abby at Cincinnati clinic worked on her off day to make sure we get our test done. Thank you Dawit for answering our phone calls and direct us to the right place. You guys are great. Definitely recommend this place."

"Great customer service, and very fast service. My brother got tested in another lab for traveling to Africa, they gave him unacceptable paper and Ethiopian won't accepted his covid report so he was in qurantin for 7 days so one of my friend recommended me to go to precious clinical lab. I want to PCL at 7am and got my result same day. their service was wonderful. I met my family without Quorantine.all employee from front desk to the manager are friendly. I recommend PCL for every body who want to travel."
