"It was a a fine experience once I got into the treatment room. I arrived and the guy said my appointment had to be canceled and that I should’ve gotten a text message to that effect the day before. What I got the day before was a confirmation of the appointment as planned. I had to insist on them honoring the set appointment. Once I got with the tech, Raul, all went well. He was great! Very kind and knew his stuff. Then, after the imaging, as I was Leaving the facility, I got a text message saying my appointment had been canceled and to re-Book. I’d say their scheduling system doesn’t work ver well! Glad I insisted so I could complete the appointment I had made 2 weeks before."

"First appointment canceled because tech was sick. Showed up for rescheduled appointment and the clinic didn't have my appointment in the system. Wasted over an hour of my day. Admin at front desk very nice, no issues with them, but scheduling system is awful. If I can get my MRI in a couple weeks, this process would have taken me over 4 weeks and I need this to begin rehab on my knee."

"In fairness to the actual location-the receptionist Miguel was extremely friendly, and helpful. The technician Raoul was extremely informative, kind, extremely pleasant. THE PROBLEM 1.your communication is HORRIBLE. I could not sign in to my account, it would not allow me to create a new password-I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to navigate something that is very easy... I was told your app./website is a mess-and everyone says this-it is a MESS! 2. Let's talk about the fact I had to unfortunately change a few appointments due to a death in our family. EVERY TIME and I mean EVERY TIME I spoke with someone,I asked if my insurance covered the procedure (medicare) and EVERY TIME I was told YES! What the heck, I had to pay out of pocket $1500. Would I use this company again, even tho the employee's were great-NO NEVER -BAD- COMMUNICATION. MISINFORMED employees."

"Quick transition in and out thanks to the administrator up front. The MRI tech, Raul, was efficient, incredible friendly, and thoroughly explained the process. And, it was a substantially more affordable exam as compared to competitors. My experience was much more comfortable as compared to completion inside an hospital setting. It was quiet and relaxed.
