"Amazing Veterinarian and staff. Extremely caring and concerned for my animals. Few weeks ago they saved my 14 year old dogs life. Giving me more time with him is a debt I could never truly repay."

"Just want to remind your customers and staff that I came to you with my elderly dog for help. Trusted your opinion. You prescribed 3 months of steroids to foce his sugar to high levels giving him diabetes. To this day you refuse to do what's right and take responsibility for your actions! You might be the greatest surgeon but a D student doggie doctor when it comes to treatment! Let's not forget the monthly cost for blood monitoring and insulin shots. Rich life can't afford to pay for your mistakes, or you really believe you're incapable of them? I'm sure you wouldn't notice the fees to handle your mistake by just prescribing more unnecessary drugs to your trusting customers... Not 1 veterinarian out of a dozens I've follwed up with agree or would give Prednisone for Vertigo! Not ONE!"

"I only picked this place from all the previous great reviews but when it came to my service the great doctor pushed steroids on my dog for a vertigo diagnosis after telling me point blank there's no treatment for the illness but time. Like a huge fool, I trusted him. He gave me enough for 2 months. 2 weeks later, he can't hold his pee. Sugar through the roof and went from perfect blood work to a living nightmare. All for a what must be a large commission on the tiny pill bottle. What in the world made me trust this man. I'll never know. 13 year old sweetest dog now with a ticking clock death sentence, all for visiting this location. If you need more money, just increase your rates for service. Don't upsell dangerous drugs to old dogs for commission, then say S* happens. The most horrible day was when I came here for help. He tried to be helpful after the disaster, but his co-worker was irate about him taking responsibility for his actions, so now he's stopped assisting. Years of being successful with happy customers. Now, with all that success daily. Won't help the huge monthly fees associated with what he caused. Not to mention, my dog can die any day when sugar is too low. Bravo"

"I drove over 100 miles to Bear Creek after my dog, Bronco, was hit by a car on the weekend. No other vet clinic would or could help. Bear Creek took wonderful care of my boy, and he made a full recovery! Thank you so much to Bear Creek staff and Dr. Hepworth!"
