"We stayed this past Weekend and nobody told us ahead of time while putting a reservation in that they had construction going on, the room was nice but the noise level from the construction on the floor over top of our room. Called the front desk to complain and they said you have to deal with it. Called to complain Saturday afternoon and was invited by the manager to come check out, that's the only resolution they could offer us. The exit located not to far from our room was covered in dog feces and gross. The could have offered a discounted room or something for our troubles. I will no longer utilize there services while in town visiting our grandchildren."

"Clean room. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast. Had an issue with double booking and despite 5 DAYS of attempting resolution, 11 days later, we never got refunded and therefore paid DOUBLE for our stay. Manager was well aware of the issue, he gave false info to the credit card company creating more confusion, repeatedly hid from employees trying to reach out to him on our behalf, refused to answer the phone and was utterly unhelpful. I have reached out to Hilton Corporate, but it seems they don't care about the quality of their staff, as we got no follow-up from them. Now I see I should have checked reviews closer; there are many complaints about staff dating back a couple of years. I wouldn't stay there again and will avoid Hilton Hotels in the future due to the way we were treated."

"Quick overnight stop. Asked for a top floor room and was placed in a room with people obviously directly above us with feet stomping in what sounded like work boots. Asked to move rooms which was extremely frustrating because we needed sleep. Both rooms very superficially cleaned with hairs in bathroom still and see picture of toilet in the new room. Rooms beat up pretty badly too with many dings/dents/scrapes in furniture and walls. In the first room the curtain was falling off the rod, some outlets not working, etc. Breakfast decent, several hot options but not many healthy options. It worked for a bed for the night but definitely overpriced and we will not stay again."

"Service was frustrating to say the least. We requested a top floor room after an 8 hour drive, we were told no one is on the top floor. After we get unpacked and started falling asleep, some people moved into the room directly above us and were very loud. We were finally able to get a different room upstairs after we packed and moved all our stuff again. The rooms are fine, furniture could use an update"

"Great stay. We got a warm welcome upon checkin which was nice but what makes this location memorable was the hot tub in the room! As with most Hamptons the room was clean and comfortable. The free water for members was very much appreciated. Will return!"
