"The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription that our Dr prescribed! Said they “needed to do more research.” Amazing that a small town pharmacist would think they would somehow know better than a highly trained Dr with years of experience. As a result of their refusal to follow Dr orders, my son has suffered unnecessarily from Covid and his symptoms have endured causing him to miss out on time in class, fall behind, and get stressed -which is the opposite of what someone trying to heal needs. On top of all of that I actually think the pharmacists here have some sort of racial bias: they always give my Dr a hard time when he calls because he has a strong accent. Maybe do more research into customer service and leave the drug research to the doctors."

"My wife and I have a cabin north of Craig, Colorado. It's pretty remote, off grid so trying to balance trips to the city with prescription refill dates can be somewhat challenging. The pharmacist at the City Market in Craig has been so helpful keeping or prescriptions balanced with our regular weekly 4 hour round trip to gather our other supplies. His name is Blaine Barnes and he is so helpful and accommodating to help reduce unnecessary trips. He is a gentleman and always willing to help in any way he can. He is a very busy young man but always has time to visit and answer any prescription related questions or concerns. City Market and the folks who do their prescription business at this store are blessed to have someone who is caring and concerned about his patients. Thanks Blaine, you are 5 star."
