"We've been customers of this CVS for about 3 years now, there have been some ups and downs in the pharmacy staffing that I feel have led to some unfairly harsh reviews but in my experience the service has been excellent. For instance, when Kroger became out-of-network for a lot of patients they had thousands of new patient requests and could not serve everyone immediately. But every time we have needed meds the pharmacy staff has been very kind and accommodating."

"Stayed with this pharmacy 2 years too long. No more calling the main CVS number to get through to this store’s pharmacy because they literally pick up the phone and hang it back up, no more waiting on the line for hours to request that my Rx’s get processed or mailed because the app doesn’t work, and no more getting the mail realizing all of my prescriptions I spent hours on the phone asking about never got mailed after all. Now with Safeway and they actually fill my rx’s without me asking or spending hours on the phone with them. Didn’t realize a pharmacy could be so professional. Never again, CVS. Never again. One time out of the many I called the corporate CVS number to get through to the pharmacy, the cs agent had to call the main store and have someone physically go tell the pharmacy to pick up their phone for corporate."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. The pharmacy drive-through window is almost never open and they just say they don’t have enough people. I guess that’s understandable in this day and age but it still means I have to go inside and wait for 20 minutes. They never answer the phone so again if you need anything you’ve gotta go inside and wait for 20 minutes to talk to someone. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes or longer. I finally snapped and switched my prescriptions to somewhere else, and it took them three days to finally answer the phone and talk to the other pharmacy and allow my prescriptions to be transferred. If you are looking for a new pharmacy stay away from the CVS in Castle Rock on Future Street."

"No one ever answers the phone at the pharmacy. Prescriptions take a very long time to be filled. I've even had my kids pediatrician recommend to not use this pharmacy due to poor operations."

"This place is AWFUL. I have never left a review in my life, but they told me my medication would be ready in 30 minutes and here I am, an hour and 15 minutes later still waiting and they haven’t even started filling my TEN tablets even though they supposedly marked it as “urgent”. There is no urgency what so ever. I have seen several irate customers tonight. This place should honestly just shut down its such poor service. They also never answer the phone. If you need a better pharmacy to go to, go to the CVS off Founders. Do NOT go to the future street pharmacy."
