"One of the worst experiences at King Soopers I've ever had. Very short Assistant Manager with scraggly beard attempted a strange flex describing his much younger wife's age. Service clerk or Supervisor wearing a Hawaiian shirt can't be taken seriously and tucks tail quickly. Beer layout in store behind vegetables doesn't make sense, keep it next to the other beverages about 15 aisles away. I won't be back there."
"I like how much this store has to offer but the security has gotten way out of hand. We had an alarm go off and our cart slammed on the brakes as we left. The person behind us almost ran into us. We didn’t even use self checkout. It seems like this store is trying to prevent an issue that doesn’t exist and punishing paying customers."
"It’s a good grocery store, but all the hoops you have to jump through these days to get your savings is getting obnoxious. Member card, buy 4 save 4, buy 5 save 5, digital coupons, fuel points, etc. KS may have the nicer stores, but Walmart just tells you what the price is with no nonsense which has become more and more important as KS layers on the complexity. It’s literally a game of making savings harder to get so more and more people don’t even bother or misstep and pay full price. I’m not interested in participating in a game show… I just want to buy some products."
"Nice store. Usually stocked fairly well and a great variety. Store is clean and orderly. Staff seems nice. I little bit of a pain to get in and out due to location and traffic, but worth the stop."
"Ignore my below review, my wife was inappropriately touched by an employee at this Store. In this day and age this is plain disgusting. I don’t care what their staffing issues are, how dare you hire employees that can do this. This location is 100x better than the old one. They have literally everything at this new location; groceries, cloths, housewares, pharmacy and more. There is a Starbucks and a US Bank inside. They have an A+ Sushi bar and custom sandwich service at the deli. In my opinion, best grocery store in the Castle Rock area."
