The cat food and accessories are varied and priced just right. The Thornton store is close by my house so I like to go there rather than Pet Smart"

"The main lady that helped us changed our minds about the food we where serving our dogs we Will try the fresh no grains hope it helps! They have a couple bays for dog wash ask about punch card for wash! Just ask the question and if the person helping you doesn't know they will get someone else to help very polite staff! See you all again"

"Neat and clean place! The doggy bakery cabinet is so cute! The selection for all animals is great! I will say I think that some items are more expensive than say pets mart or petco. But the betta fish had bigger bowls than usually what they are sold in. And the animals that were for sale there looked extremely well taken care of, happy, and clean."

"Store was a mess and there were boxes of stuff all over the aisles. employees could work on customer service skills. They had 3 different sized leopard geckos in one small cage. This is incredibly dangerous and can lead to injury or death. Reptile carpet is horrible as it harbors bacteria and can rip out nails and get caught on their toes which can then break their toes. Bird cage was a mess and the ferrets had no food or water."
