"I'm really disappointed with this barbershop, and honestly, they deserve just one star. Their whole operation is a mess, and they couldn't care less about their customers' schedules. I initially booked an appointment, but when I got there, they told me they had canceled it and forgot to give me a heads up. Can you believe it? They didn't even send a text. So, I thought, "Okay, maybe it was just a one-time thing." But no, they rescheduled for another day, and guess what? On the day of my appointment, they texted me, saying it's canceled again. This is beyond frustrating, and it feels like they have no respect for their customers' time"
