HA, THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. I've always had horrible experiences so I went in a bit nervous due to past experiences, BUT I walked out with so much confidence. She was very professional, made my experience absolutely amazing, and never awkward. If you're like me sometimes I get anxiety and have trouble making conversation but not with her! She makes amazing recommendations, makes you feel comfortable, and never does anything without talking and confirming it with you before. I decided to do a fun color which I've never done before and used box hair dye thought my hair was done for! She proved me wrong. A miracle worker! So happy I found someone who knows what she's doing & could walk out without lying about how much I love it. Highly recommend London!"
