"Caleb is great. Unfortunately, he was out sick. Saw who was available since I had the time and he's difficult to get in to see. Stylist left the bottom/back foils on too long (bleached out my hair- I'm surprised I still have hair), and hurried on the right side, so only the top layer was colored. I look like a skunk underneath and where I do have color, it's not close to the roots - probably a half inch away (looks like I need another partial or full highlight done). From the back, it does look nice. Sides around the face are horrible with lines of some color about 1/2 to 1" away and the color was lighter so it shows much more. There were people waiting so I paid, left because I wasn't sure how bad it was, but had plans w/ friends later who asked why I tried to highlight my own hair and suggested their stylists to fit it. There's no way I can wear it up now. I called back; manager was off for the weekend. Told she would call me but never did. Offered to see if there stylists could fix, but couldn't pin down a time or individual. I also have a job, so coming in during the day isn't an option. Won't be going back. Concern is that the seasoned team kept looking over, but never helped or said anything to the newer stylist. She did her best, but probably this type of coloring wasn't her level. Charged full price for a more seasoned stylist to add insult. 2hrs in foils w/o heat when you have a bleaching agent is never a good sign. Shouldn't need to suggest checking - it was like I went to a beauty school. Hair was 6" shorter than previous visits and price was the same and it took almost 3.5hrs. Lesson learned and clearly management doesn't care."

They listen to us every time and the hair cut comes out good every time. My haircut stays very well even when I let my hair grow long. Highly recommended!"

"Olivia is the best! I had my hair cut on Saturday at a different location and the person who cut my hair did NOT do a very good job. My hair was a jagged mess. I made an appt with Olivia on Monday to fix it and she did an AMAZING job! She evened out my awful haircut and it looks great now. I would definitely recommend her!!"
