"Got over charged for chicken hot wings 7.99 lb and they charged me for a 8 piece I when back and said should this be 7.99 Lb? They all said no lol well I got 8 hot wings in this big Container it was 1.06lbs tare the container it should be under a lb!!"

"Went in at 9:45 to try and get some shopping done after work. There were pallets everything blocking all kinds of items. No staff members were anywhere around to help guests access items or to move the many boxes blocking the shelves. I had to move several carts myself and climb over boxes to reach the items I was trying to get. When I brought this up to an employee, he was very rude and told me "well someone has to push frieght". I told him sure but when I worked at target, we always made sure to help guests and have team members with the pallets. Guests should not have to climb on boxes to get to items and you all shouldn't be stocking items on your shelf that people walked on. The employee was very rude and when I followed up and said it really wasn't ok and it's a safety hazard, he told me it doesn't matter and he's off the clock. I'm not sure why an employee off the clock is standing up front being rude to guests. This is such an unacceptable way to run a grocery store. I will not be back. It's horrible customer service and a huge safety hazard."

"The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable which is nice. BUT, they do a terrible job at keeping things in stock. I grocery shop either every Monday or Wednesday and they are consistently out of the same things I try and buy every week. I can't remember the last time I was able to buy the Private Selection Chipotle salsa. This is a King Soopers brand I don't get it. Bubly selection is terrible, usually only consisting of about three or four cases of the same flavor. Sometimes I will ask the staff why certain things are always out of stock and they'll blame it on some sort of ordering error but considering it's consistent I highly doubt it . If I can, I avoid shopping at this King Soopers because it just makes me angry that I cannot find the things I'm looking for."
