"Someone stole my debit card today and tried to use it at this store for a lot of money.. I don't live anywhere near this place, actually 35-40 minutes away. I called to try and ask them if they had footage or knowledge of who it was because I was calling minutes after they tried. The women answered but yelled hello at me, not thank you for calling Bomgaars or even identifying who it was, the place etc.. when I started to talk she hung up on me. I thought ok, maybe she didn't hear me, so I called back. This time whomever it was, picked up the phone and just hung up,the third time I called it rang and no one ever picked up. Something seems fishy to me."
"Always have the Science Diet dog food I need. Please bring back the bulk dog treats!!"
"This store has nothing going for it. I think after a bad experience there today and many other less than ok experiences, I will always drive farther just to avoid this place. Between the unorganized store and the rude employees who could care less to help the customers I'll definitely go ahead and give my money to a different store. The person who was at the checkout was the only one who seemed to care about my experience today and did mention that he would let his manager know about the disgruntled employees."
"Went in to buy a couple bags of chicken feed, seen they had some pet moss on sale for $5. The pallet had been priced wrong and was $25 but Cashier had no problem accommodating to it however another associate did. I spent about 10 minutes arguing about pricing and was told they can do nothing about it. The assistant manger and store manager were on a call and I’d have to wait 15 minutes. The assistant came out saying they can take only take 10%. I asked to speak with the store manager and was told they were not in and they can’t do anything for me but give me a return."
"Terrible customer services.. The cashier was rude.. Manager doesn't even care to help customers when we are complaining.. And they Charge me more of what they supposed to and manager says it's nothing she can do Terrible company terrible people."
