"With record profits, it's disappointing that King Soopers can't raise requests to maintain the parking lot nor keep lights on of their signs. Also, having annoying gates at the entrance is pointless as people can walk out just as easily when people are walking in. Combine poor maintenance with higher prices than Target and Walmart, I recommend skipping this place."
"The stores layout is annnoying and feels old and cramped. The employees weren't very friendly and all the produce I wanted wasn't very good. I'll just continue to go to the new one."
"You still have to pay close attention to price discrepancies between the shelf, checkout, and the app. They did have the correct price in the computer and I felt like a valued customer."
"This is my go to store! I honestly prefer to only shop here. It's smaller and familiar and everyone is like family. I rarely leave grocery reviews because there are a lot of things that i could complain about... but 90% of the problems have to do with higher up not the actual floor staff... like self checkouts etc.. However today I used self checkout and really just had to compliment Josiah. I had a really rough day and he was so attentive and friendly. He even noticed it was almost my birthday and wished me well. I have never had such a nice altercation with an employee I didn't already know that nice. He genuinely helped reset my whole day and mindset. Just shows you how a smile and a little friendliness goes a long day. Thank you kings for being my grocery home."
"The score is extremely clean. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. If there's ever a time when you can't find something they are more than happy to help you in a timely fashion. If you are disabled or elderly they will also help you enjoy a thorough job not just what they're paid to do I really appreciate coming to this store because they take the time out to help every customer individually instead of being in a rush and trying to get to sell more products. I also enjoy that you can ask the employees what they would recommend for certain situations like today I was looking for a certain shampoo which they were out of however they offered me a great alternative that was actually cheaper. The only way that they can all just be improve is to make sure that they have more ride on carts."
