Elisio Alcala was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to talk on a very technical level, within 30 minutes I found exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. "Joe with Geek squad is knowledgeable friendly, and just over all a good guy. Best Buy in general has treated me good on several purchases in a range of circumstances. Of course I elected for the year coverage with access to geek squad so that could factor in to it. Seems to be worth it especially if you need some help with little things here n there."

"Purchased a NVIDIA 4080 super founders edition gpu and waited a week for it to be shipped in. Did curbside pickup and I get a box that’s been dropped . I like to keep boxes for items like this. Take it inside and they tell me they can return it and ship one in another week. Or i can purchase another one and use this and return it when the new one comes in .. No sorry we dropped your item . Don’t offer to ship to my house ...don’t offer to check stock for another one . Did not try to make it right at all. I remember why I don’t do business with best buy ."

"We did curb pickup. It was easy to order. It took more than the hour I was told but it was almost Christmas so totally fair. They keep you notified through email and text. Our items were brought out to us quickly when we arrived. The guy wasn't very friendly but again, it was Christmas and I imagine working retail at Christmas can be exhausting so I'm giving that a pass as well. I'd order curb side pickup from them again absolutely!"

"Negative review is not for this store but for customer service department because I cannot get through to a supervisor! Went to this location to purchase a new washer and dryer and have the appliances installed. The first washer that came in was damaged (looked like it had been dropped) and an exchange was ordered. The replacement washer was installed and two days later we noticed water leaking from our upstairs laundry room to the room below! The drywall, flooring, carpet and paint was ruined! It even leaked to the adjacent bathroom upstairs. We had a contractor come to assess the damage and he found one of the hose connectors wasn’t fully tightened! That small mistake resulted in $9,000 worth of repairs!!! I called to report a claim. I was told the claim was made and that I’d be receiving a call back for more information (even though I explained in detail what happened). I called again 2 days later (after not receiving a call back). I had to provide all the details again and was told once more a claim was made and I’d be hearing a call back within 3-5 days. 5 days come and no call. I call back for a third time and am told that a claim has still not been filed! And that I’d need to provide all the details about what happened again! I tried to get through to a supervisor to let them know that mistakes have been made at nearly every stage of my order, but after being on hold for 1 hr the call hung up. Do not purchase appliances from Best Buy if you don’t have to. And if you do, have someone else install it. I have never experienced anything like this from other companies that sell and install appliances."
