"A few weeks ago a friend pointed me to an ad for a used ICE trike on the RTS website. He's a long-time customer of the store even though he lives in Idaho, and he assured me that if I bought this trike from them I'd have a good experience. I was traveling out of the country but managed to get ahold of the store through a bad phone connection. They patiently and efficiently made the purchase work, despite the communication difficulties. Through a series of emails they then quickly answered some of my questions and helped me to understand my shipping options. Once I decided to have them disassemble, box and ship the trike to me (as opposed to having it shipped intact through UShip), they went into action immediately, shipping the trike out at the end of that same day. I received it a few days later and was blown away by how carefully it had been packed. The trike was a 2008 model but looks like it was ridden maybe two times. Nevertheless, the store took the time and initiative to replace all the rubber (tubes, tires, elastomer shock, etc.), the seat cover, and the chain. They also added a bell and a parking brake for good measure. I really think they could have sold this trike for the same price without all this, but it was clear they wanted whoever bought it to have a great experience. I got stumped at one point during assembly and emailed the store on a Sunday night. Within like 10 minutes I got an email back with the advice I needed. At this point I've lost count of how many times I've emailed them; every time they've responded incredibly quickly and thoughtfully, no matter the time or day. I would recommend this store without reservation and feel lucky to have come into their orbit."
