I waited two hours to come back to hear, “we didn’t take anything, it can’t be older than 18 months.” Listen, I’m not one to post reviews but out of all the items I had, everything was newer than 18 months. I mean look at the photos. I have RVCA hoodie and hat, O’Neil shorts, cruiser gear, and loads of good stuff (all 18 months and newer). They even have a sign outside advertising that they will buy Guy’s clothes and athletic wear. Come on… Out of all 15 of my items they didn’t even attempt to purchase one? The lack of respect. A power slap to my face. How dare you Plato and your closet. How dare you crush me and wear me down today. You will never see me again. (Cat was not included in the items brought to store, js…)"

"I brought some stuff to this location to sell for the first time yesterday and I was really happy with how easy it was. The staff was super friendly and made me a fair offer on my stuff. I ended up shopping while I was waiting and found some almost new Lululemon leggings for only $30! They also had Patagonia jackets and other awesome winter stuff. I will definitely be back with my daughter."

"Well I went back for a return, I had the receipt but only to find out it still needed its price tag in order to have a full refund and I was shocked because I had the receipt and the clothing I wanted to return. I was mad but I did sell it to them for 8 dollars which was insane because it was 24 dollars. Why couldn’t they just sell it to me the same price of the 24 dollars? I’m starting to think it’s a scam. Now cause of this place I lost 16 dollars The day I try to return it I was looking for the return policy sign, it took me a long time to find it but only to see it hidden and the sign was small, so that needs to be cleared that the sign needs to be BIGGER for everyone to see it so they know the return policy."

"I think I'm done for good with this location, the quality of items sold, and the aloof customer service has been going downhill for a while. The final blow was my experience trying to sell clothes tonight. I brought in a bin of Fabletics leggings, bike shorts, tank tops and tee's (all never worn), a few pairs of never worn wide legs jeans from the Gap and Levi's, a Nike sweatshirt I've worn twice, and a few other similar items. They took nothing and the reason they gave was the items were too worn, and too mature. I understand I'm the only person who truly knows these were all in brand new condition so, I can let that slide but, the "mature" comment took me all the way out, haha. Being told the clothes were too mature was humbling to say the least, I'm pretty sure women of all ages wear the same style leggings, but maybe I'm out of touch. Anyway, I took the bin to Goodwill and will just go that route from now on to save myself from the embarrassment. A friendly warning to other ladies in your 40's, just skip this place, you don't need this kind of negativity in your life. Also, no hate at all to the girls working here. You're young and have so much to look forward to, take care and I wish you all the best."

"I just want to say, that the girls working here are always kind. I'm always greeted with smiles. My issue is with the buys. I have brought in so many gently used clothes, and they usually take one or two items. I know what I'm bringing is up to date, but I feel like this store is looking for "brands" and not unique, quality products. I've seen stuff around the store that was either dirty, or the shoes were far too worn all because it's a well known brand."
