"Dropped off a driver simply to get the adaptor rotated so I wouldn’t see the logo. The employee took off the club head with a wrench, rotated the shaft and handed it back to me. Problem is the adaptor was now not on my setting. Acted like I was the crazy one. I then had to explain how the system worked and that this was not what I wanted done. A week later when I received the club back, the work was done properly but the grip was so badly damaged that I’m going to have to replace it. Also dropped off a putter to have a double bend shaft installed. Same employee told me repeatedly that they did not have that shaft despite me literally holding it on my hand. A week later I received the putter back with dried epoxy all over the shaft and a fresh knick on the face of the putter. Shame on me for not inspecting the work before walking out of the store."

"Recently I ordered a hybrid from Golf galaxy with a custom shaft. During the ordering process, a few fields defaulted preferences for you. I must have missed one of them because I received the wrong flex. Online customer service stopped me in my tracks and told me no returns on customer orders. I stopped in to my Westminster Colorado Golf Galaxy anyway, and I was met with a completely different approach. Asst Mgr Mike and especially GM Brian could not have been more friendly and helpful. They quickly special ordered me the hybrid I wanted and took the one I received (unit) into their inventory. I even forgot the grip it came with at home. They trusted me to bring it back later, which I did. I couldn’t be more impressed with this store’s attention and focus on building relationships with their Pcustomers. "It's a really good spot for golfers. Everyone is super helpful and kind there. No pressure or judgment. The place is organized, clean, and layout makes sense. The club services team is solid, I've had a number of clubs worked on and they came back as expected. Conversely, I've had work done at competitive places and they left epoxy residue on my driver. Should have went here instead. Understand, it's a recent grand opening and some staff is getting trained up. If you ask for more expertise, they readily/happily get you connected with more knowledgeable people."
