"Kokopelli is a company that backs up its products and provides excellent support and customer service. I recently wanted to update my beloved packraft by getting the t-zipper installed. They really made it easy to get the work done, and also helped me get the rest of my gear up to date. They responded quickly and shipped out my order for accessories and another packraft weeks ahead of my expectations. I feel like if i ever had any issues for the life of this packraft I will be well taken care of and issues easily resolved. I really appreciate a high quality product and company!"
