Spoke with Chris about an unfortunate event with product I had bought, and he and the team were willing to work with me on getting a replacement/ exchange done and really helped me understand their business and operations better. "If you're thinking of selling them anything, don't bother. This is the third time I've tried to sell them something, and the 3rd time I've walked out. I timed my visit to sell with the beginning of track season. I offered them my daughters barely used track spikes she outgrew in less than a season (2 pair with a retail value of $89 & $49). Their offer - $4 each, you're not reading that wrong, $8 for items $138 in retail value . They offered me 5% of retail value. Your time will be rewarded to cut them out and sell on craigslist or Facebook."
