"As a complete newbie I was intimidated to go in to buy a stick. I was greeted right away upon entering and the younger man working was super passionate and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through all the options and helped me pick out something that matched my needs and budget. Will absolutely be back for all the essentials that I’ll inevitably go through. Update: by far the best skate sharpening around and I ended up getting a pair of skates. every employee here really makes you feel comfortable and is knowledgeable of what they sell. Just people passionate about hockey and the products they sell and use. I’ve interacted with probably 5 or so different employees at this point and every one of them made me feel welcome and excited about what I was buying or even just getting my skates sharpened. Also if you’re in the market for new skates I can’t recommend true enough they are so comfortable and the fitting process was simple, fast and the end result is a skate that fits snug and super comfortably."

"Walked in almost at closing after checking out a few other hockey stores in Denver area. These guys were super helpful right off the start. Greeted us kindly, helped try on numerous sets of gear and even heated a few pairs of skates before having my son trying them on. They never pressured us, listened to our concerns and questions, and set up what we needed. Never tried to upsell and kept within our budget. Couldn’t recommend a better shop, truly a unique experience that I haven’t had in any other shop."

I would not trust anyone else with my son’s goalie skates whose blades were ruined by another business. They are really close to the Sports Stable and very conveniently located off of Highway 36.
