"Wanted to support small business, but was let down. I called and asked if we could come in for a fitting for my kids/rentals around 1pm. The person was great! Friendly, helpful, especially because he said we should wait until the next day to come to save money. Great idea. I came the next day around the same time, as suggested, and whoever was working rudely “reminded” me that they don’t do fittings until after 3pm. We were leaving town for the mtns at 3pm. He said he’d then have to charge me for today. I was good with it, but he said “Yeah there’s nothing I can do for you.” Wish employees were on the same page about time/policy. Off to Christy Sports we went!"
