"I just trialed AND PURCHASED the Apex Blanca women’s ski boot and I feel like I can finally ski again. I broke my ankle as a kid and ever since, my medial malleolus (the inside ankle bone) sticks out and rubs against every shoe or boot. Typical ski boots rub so hard the skin is raw by the end of first day, leaving me miserable for the remainder of my ski trip. The Apex Boot fit to MY foot and didn’t rub my prominent bone! I enjoyed skiing again this trip. And, importantly, I felt like I could ski under more control because I wasn’t avoiding that foot due to pain! Also, and importantly, I almost felt like JB was my personal Apex representative! He not only brought my boots out for me to trial, he made TWO extra trips over to Breckenridge to allow my friend to trial a pair as well! Amazing customer service!! I can’t rave enough about these boots!!"

"Libby and Gunnar are the best. Made me feel like a VIP during the first fitting. And Libby introduced me to the Demo program. After a few days of skiing it was apparent that my personal support insoles changed the size needed. Libby said that might happen. They will let me demo the size that fits best with my insoles in. Can't say enough about the team here! You should definitely come here for your Apex Ski boots. Update: an amazing the demo process. They fit you and send you out with your ski boot system, and they give you 7 days to try them out. And if something's not right they'll make adjustments. I demoed two different styles, and a couple of sizes. And I made my decision of which scheming system to purchase. Through this process I got to work different people other than Libby and Gunnar. Dean and Seth both provided excellent customer service, and a great attitude. I recommend highly checking out an apex ski boot system with these folks!"

"These boots are awesome, and the customer service is equally great. I had a small issue with one of the boas sticking, and Gunner and Seth got to the bottom of it in minutes. I was in and out in fifteen minutes, and they both seemed genuinely interested in resolving the issue and also in getting feedback on any little things that could make the next version of the boots even more refined. "Excellent experience. My wife and I came in to fit my Crestones and get her fitted for a pair of Blancas on our way through out to Keystone. We were helped by Seth and he was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up doing two heat molds each, he wanted us to have a perfect fit. After 4 days straight both our feet feel great. I needed up going back to fine tune the fit with Seth and it was quick and easy. The boots are great and the support in the shop was excellent."
