"If you enjoy shopping with someone trying to insert himself into your head, as well as your personal space, you found your flooring store! I went in with the plan to select some flooring for future purchase. All they had to do was allow me the time to chose the product I wanted; easy money, right? Nope. I should have known when I walked in and he was waiting. Within seconds, he was nearly grabbing the sample I brought in with me, to match colors, out of my hand, believing HE knew what I was looking for. Truly, grabbed at it while in my hand. Lol. When I finally got him to allow me a moment to see what I actually my want, that’s all he gave me - a moment, no more. When he came back, he was very irritated because I turned the price tags 90 degrees (to mark the products I wanted samples of.) Despite explaining that, he was insistent - “you really cannot touch these” he said while turning them all back. Lol. We are talking about the little paper tags below the products, turned a bit, just long enough to get some samples. If you want to be allowed to choose your own flooring, without being down right harassed and micromanaged, or treated like a child, just go somewhere else."
"Tommy was awesome and LL staff have been extremely polite and helpful at all the locations I had to go, so far, to gather the last of the hardwood that was in stock, that I needed before next weekend. Better prices than carpet Mart and better quality than big box stores like HDepot"
"I was looking for laminate flooring that looked like tile. The sales associate showed me a couple of options and I liked Jove Travertine and took a sample home. They also have an online tool that let me take a photo of my bathroom and see it with the flooring. We purchased the flooring and they have a great online installation tutorial. The flooring looks great!"
