"Steven H. was super knowledge and helpful when we came in for some new pillows. He explained the differences and how your ideal pillow should feel. We are in love with our new Purple Harmony pillows. Highly recommend their great team!"
"Tyler the guy from Denver Mattress was not helpful at all. We went to go do a warranty exchange and he was the most unhelpful. Didn't offer any pillows for us to try the mattress. When we told him we were going to do the warranty he wanted to confirm the Denver address even though we showed him the full documentation. I think he thought we had no money, as he even asked us if we lived in an apartment. He told us to go back to the original store where we had bought it even. The other Denver Mattress in Aurora did not give us any issues. We would have gotten it from the Aurora location but they didn't have it in stock. He did not treat the prior customers like us, very bad customer experience for us here at this location. Will not be returning to this location. We ended up buying our mattress from the location on I25. By a very different and friendly customer service rep by the name of Andrew. Would highly recommend the I25 location over this place."

"Barry Hansen is the best sales rep I have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. He balances personal experience sharing with listening to perfection. The price we paid was exactly what we had hoped, and Barry never even asked us about that. We got more for that price due to the inclusion of pillows, mattress protector, and haul away. Our experience shopping 3 previous mattress stores were all positive, but this experience topped them all!"
"Brian was amazing to work with! We were trying to decide on three different mattresses, and he muscle tested us on them. We do muscle testing for all kinds of things, but had never thought to do it for a mattress! Fortunately, we tested strong for the same mattress! We had a great experience at Denver mattress!"
