"This company is making horrible decisions within this store, the Regional manager Barbra has awful management skills and treats her hard working employees like garbage. I came across the long haired gentleman who was doing his best working alone and some shifts with this Barbra character. Seemed like he was stressed and she wasn't much help, he helped with good selections, then come to find out he wasn't with the company anymore. I didn't want to take my chances with the brick wall david mentioned in previous comments so took my business elsewhere. Steer clear of David and this regional manager Barbra, she's single handedly going to ruin her region."

"I recently had the misfortune of dealing with LL Flooring, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Manager David, who supposedly oversees customer service, left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and competence. From the get-go, the communication was abysmal. It felt like pulling teeth to get any information regarding the timeline of the flooring installation. When I attempted to voice my concerns with Manager David, he displayed a complete lack of empathy and seemed disinterested in addressing my issues. The installation itself was a nightmare. The quality of work was subpar, and it was evident that corners were cut throughout the process. The flooring wasn't properly aligned, and some areas looked downright sloppy. When I raised these issues with David, he brushed off my concerns and claimed it was within acceptable standards. To add insult to injury, the customer service after the installation was atrocious. Getting a response from Manager David was like trying to communicate with a brick wall. It became painfully clear that once they had my money, my satisfaction was no longer a priority. I would strongly advise anyone considering LL Flooring to think twice before engaging their services. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction, particularly from Manager David, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with my entire experience."

"This company has become horrible. They were happy to take my money for an install but have been non responsive on the horrible installation. The install company just uses random help (they do not work for the company) so you are letting random people into your home. I came in to complain to find out all the staff quit and they had a make shift team because everyone with experience walked on them. According to an ex employee they send pictures of your personal information once they get a "sale" off you to brag so anyone in the country can see your sensitive info. Please steer away from this company as they will be out of business very soon"

"Came in to get professional help picking out flooring. Two guys working, one sitting at his computer, another ended up helping the lady who came in after us. Not once were we asked if we can be helped or that they’d be right with us. . Selection was very slim."

"I can’t say enough about how helpful Lea was at L L. From the beginning, we knew nothing about hardwood floors she helped us through the entire process. And it was a long process…. Not anything they did just with our remodel. Every time we came into the store she was very friendly and helpful. I don’t know if I could have done this project without her.
