"Ive had one positive experience here and one very negative. I go in to have my undercut (1/4 of my scalp) shaved down to a #2 length. The first time they charged me the rate for a neck shave and the person who trimmed my hair (sorry i cant remember their name) was wonderful). The price was very reasonable. Today when i went in, i asked if i could receive the exact same service. They looked up what i received last time and said no problem. I sat in the chair and 5 minutes later they were done. When i went to check out, the stylist (Kortney) told the check out person they needed to charge me for a full haircut ($34) because she 'used a guard'. That was 3x what i was told i would be paying. Im not sure why Kortney thought her service was worth $408/hr but that was absurd and not at all the service i asked for and agreed to the price of. The nice woman at the check out offered me 50% off but i still feel ripped off paying $17 (plus the tip i left anyway)."

"My issue is they are not on time for appointments. Today I waited 15mins past my appointment and last cut I waited 35minutes past my appointment time. I almost bailed on that one but they kept telling me I was next. They need to manage the schedule better. That said, I can generally count on a good cut here, and the employees are nice."

"I went to get a haircut earlier today and I can confidently say it was the worst haircut experience of my life. The stylist who cut my hair was clearly in a rush and took no time on my hair. I’ve gone to this Floyd’s for 4 years and usually take 25-30 minutes for a haircut, however today I was pushed out the door within 10 minutes of walking in. The stylist was extremely rough when cutting my hair and put absolutely no effort into the cut. There was no fading on the sides, and the back of my head has 3 sections of different lengths. I was unable to fully look over the haircut before the stylist pushed me to the counter and disappeared. I was unable to get in contact with the shop to try and fix this issue either."
