"I love that you can schedule online and they actually have appointments! They've also seemed to increase their staff and have better walk in availability now too. My haircut always turns out good at Floyd's. The staff is always friendly. Definitely get the included hot foam neck shave and shoulder massage...they have this cool handheld massage tool shaped kind of like a hand (not the ball ones) that feels amazing. And for a few extra bucks you can get a shampoo and hair done if you are going straight to work or an event or hot date or whatever and don't want to get hair everywhere...definitely recommend."

"Kerry and the shop is best. It is a chain but doesn’t feel like it and I love that unlike the others in the neighborhood. The team seems comfortable and Kerry makes sure then haircut is to my liking. This is my go-to place for a relaxed and fun environment. Also the styling products are above average so I get them here now."

"My 1st time in Colorado and this place was given by recommendation. I'm very picky about who cuts my hair, but I decided to give it a try. Before showing up I asked multiple times if the establishment could fade, and again in person. I was assured it wasn't a problem and that the person who was cutting my hair was one of the best in the shop. What I asked for was a medium skin fade , a little off the top with an edge up. And if she could tidy up my face in addition. What I got was not that. I paid 34 dollars for someone to play in my hair, and I guess thought it was good enough for my expectations. It wasnt. I don't care if you can or can't cut hair, I get it my type hair is difficult, just don't lie to me or waste my time. Both of which happened today. If I could give this zero stars I would. If I wasn't the person I am today I wouldn't have paid but it's a learning experience for sure."
