"I've tried for years but I can't bank herehere any longer. If an auto pay does't work and I get phone recharge fees, 3 times this bank won't pay the authorized auto pay so my phone gets turned off. Phone says its the bank, bank says its the phone company. Three times I have had to produce in writing address change for a replacement debit card. Same address. Online still says I'm not authorized or I don't know my pass word. Lol Customer service I'd give a 0. I'm not the smartest but i've never had this problem else where. I will be moving on. Was great in the begining."
