"Very awesome and helpful staff, this is the third location I went to to cash a check and they actually made an effort to do what they could within reason to help me with that, I know it sounds crazy but it's not the same experience I got from any other location or business, the first company I went to told me no even though they had history with this account because they told me that US Bank ( to the check was drawn on ) doesn't verify checks, the second location told me that the check writer only did verifications is not the case but they did not even attempt to listen or look into further whether or not this was definitively the case and they haven't actually be the company that gave me the referral to go to Ace in the first place so I guess for that I could say thanks. As far as the service goes excluding my individual circumstance, I could say the staff was very personable and helpful and even though it was a very long process from start to finish I felt like this was a safe secure and reasonable experience that makes me comfortable it feels secure in doing business which is not the same experience I've had elsewhere by a long shot. It seems like Ace Express is the only check cashing establishment that isn't shuttering their doors and it speaks volumes that they still provide those little service even with zero competitors."

"The ladies were all very nice they made me feel comfortable and at ease with their services and they explained the process and why it costs so much. I can't remember the ladies names but I believe one of them might have been the boss but she was very nice and professional I liked her.the 2 ladies that served me as well were very polite and made me laugh. I will keep going back to that particular one because of them and how comfortable I was and how friendly they were. I'd give them 20 stars if I could"
