"Me and my husband ordered food to go as we got home and started eating our food. I found a hair embedded in my mac & cheese and hard crab shells within my crabcake.. this made me and my husband lose our appetite, completely. Highly disappointed."

"This was a superior fine dining experience. From the moment we entered the establishment to the time we left, we felt 'taken care of'. The staff was phenomenal. But most importantly ALL of the dishes we had were absolutely incredible. The calamari was delicious and not rubbery. The lobster bisque was creamy and tasted wonderful. And for the pinnacle of the meal: The steak. It was the best steak I've ever had. Hands down. A delicious Ribeye that was juicy, salted to perfection and cooked medium rare like I like it. Worth every penny."

"Overall, very good. There was an issue, but it was professionally handled. The service and wait staff overall were great (very attentive). The drinks were excellent. Salads and sides were outstanding. My wife really enjoyed the sea bass. Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked and tasted like an old shoe. However, the staff was apologetic, the manager did not charge me for the steak and gave me another steak to take home plus another side. Mistakes happen but I was really impressed how they handled the situation. We'll come back again."

"Our server, Jan, was great! That being said... It was my husbands birthday, and he ordered a ribeye medium. He added the three sides to his plate before cutting into it. The one thing they emphasize is that the steaks come out hot hot! We thought it was weird that the butter on top of the steak wasn't even melted, and we asked a manager about it, and he blew it off. When he cut into the steak, it was raw! No wonder the butter wasn't melted!!! We called our server over, and she whisked it away. By the time the time the steak came back, our party was almost done eating! When it was brought back, it was minus the sides. When we mentioned it, they replaced two out of the three sides. He was left with about 2 Tbs of potatoes. The server implied it would be taken care of! That didn't happen! When we go to a high-end steakhouse, we expect better."

"The problem is that this restaurant is an Outback steakhouse dressed up as a Ruth Chris for Halloween. Waitress was spread way too thin. Not horrible service, but when you pay $150 for a 40 oz tomahawk... well, you get the idea. The steak itself was cooked alright, but it damn sure wasn't blowing my mind. I've had better cuts at a steakhouse at the mall. Lobster Mac was pretty good, spicy shrimp appetizer was decent, but the desserts were horrible. Sub par for any restaurant but fine dining? They were almost laughable. Presentation on all dishes was mediocre, and we had to wait for service way too often. Had the bill come to $75, I might give it 4 stars, but for what they are charging here... just know there are PLENTY of better steakhouses in the vicinity. This spot is taking the brand and running it into the ground. Wont be back to any Ruth's Chris anytime soon."
