"I ordered a double cheeseburger among other things. When I pulled up behind the person in front of me, a man was out of his car telling the window attendant that his order was very incorrect. Several minutes later, he pulled away with a new bag. I should have looked to be sure my order was correct as well, but figured it would be after that man’s complaint. My double cheeseburger with pickles and tomatoes turned out to be a chicken sandwich. I know it’s “just a burger,” but sometimes after a long day, you just need something to be right. Disappointing. Waste of nearly $10 for a meal that my child wouldn’t eat."
"They were running late on biscuits, forgot the bacon and the egg did not hit the spot, small. They get orders wrong like 50-50. I've gone 6x and 3 orders have been wrong. One smelled like syrup and I didn't get anything of the such. Another they didn't give me sausage on a sausage biscuit. Come on man! Updated 12-31-23."
"This is one of the best Wendy's we have eaten in. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The service was exceptional, our cashier was Alan. The Dave's double burger was cooked to perfection! It was juicy and had the perfect amount of condiments. The fries were crispy and hot."
