"It’s 2024, you can’t screw up both of my orders, keep the money and then make absolutely no effort to correct anything. That total disregard for customer satisfaction doesn’t work anymore as we have too many ways to warn your future customers about your behavior. Polite society doesn’t tolerate that old school management style of simply not caring about your customers. I called this restaurant before leaving this review to give them a chance to make it right. My options were to drive BACK there, or they’ll just try harder next time. In other words, “we’re keeping the money anyway because we know you’re not driving back here”. They literally don’t give you what you pay for…and then keep your money. I came and picked up my order and also gave them a tip as a sign of good faith. I incorrectly assumed that they gave me what I paid for. That’s regrettable now because they didn’t deserve my payment and they don’t care at all when they screw it all up. Everyone (except for you) knows that the choices are; make the customer happy, or get terrible reviews all over the internet. It’s weird that you chose the second. Good luck with that."
"Came in for the first time since I went to DU 20 years ago with my 3 year old daughter, was so pleased to see it’s still around and thriving! The owner Dean took great care of us, and Tiffany is still serving up wonderful service and took great care of us, the menu is fantastic and won’t break the bank either like some other breakfast spots. Thanks Dean and Tiffany for a great experience!"
"Heard Pete's was fantastic, we were certainly not disappointed!! Portions were so large and so good you'll eat yourself into a food coma!!! This is a breakfast burrito and an egg mazatlan, both incredible."
"Solid basic breakfast. Eggs and bacon were good, potatoes were kind of flavorless (no salt or oil, just like the inside of a baked potato). Very popular among students. My only knock on it is that it is overpriced. $18 for bacon, eggs, potatoes, coffee. That’s too much. Just an average diner that’s a little pricey. Service was super fast."
"I came in here with no expectation. But it became my favorite diner. Great and unique menu! We had Souvlaki Skillet, Breakfast Burrito and Eggs Mazatlan. Everything was great. Big portions, reasonable price and of course nice staff as well. I’m definitely coming back to try other things when I’m in Denver again!"
