"Great food, even better service. Always look forward to this place. I always try the newest sandwich and have never been disappointed. Lu always makes sure my buddy gets a pupcup, too. Love the Birdcall IPA and the milkshake with vodka is awesome too. Can't recommend it enough."
"Birdcall here was pretty good! They had a good amount of seating, friendly and fast staff, clean, and location was great! The chicken tenders were tasty and the fries were great. They did get my shake wrong though it was the same price and was delicious, they also were weak on the fry portion which was why I gave away a star. Overall, a good Birdcall location in the DU area! Would recommend."
"Check your receipts from this location! My debit card was charged more than what I was told my total was. The girl working the drive thru was not helpful or courteous at all. I had to ask her for my receipt but she would only give me the POS system receipt and not the actual credit card receipt that would show the last digits of my credit card to reference or a transaction number. My husband went inside to discuss with the manager and he said they don't have any receipt that would show the credit card transaction number or any info identifying what they charged my card. My bank shows the authorized amount was adjusted after the card was swiped. This seems shady, how do you not have a credit card receipt for your customers?? I'll never come here again. Food was not worth the trouble and I'll be looking into this fraudulent transaction further because this is not how a business should function. Someone should be able to provide an answer and be able to offer me a legitimate receipt after swiping my bank card."
"First time on a Denver visit, walked in restaurant and stood there confused on how to order, staff member was doing 10 things at once and still made time to pop over to point out the order machine and literally entered in my order for me. Cool layout, great patio, lemonade was fresh, and the chicken sandwich and tenders were too. Zesty house sauce, salad was on point, would recommend. Generous portions 4.4/5"
